SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & VACUUM RECOVERY

Unboxing Recovery: To ensure absolute hygiene, our memory foam products are vacuum-compressed. Please allow approximately 3 to 24 hours for the pillow to fully restore its intended shape and firmness after opening.
SECTION 6 - REFUND & HYGIENE POLICY : Due to the intimate and personal nature of the product, and to strictly comply with global health and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

Hygiene Exclusion: Returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited once the vacuum-sealed packaging has been breached.

Defects: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You must contact us at support@sophiaamora.shop within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement.
