SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & ERGONOMIC DISCLAIMER * Representation: We strive for accurate product representation, but colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen settings.

  • Intended Use: The Sweet Spot Pillow is specifically designed for back-lying or prone positions. It is not suitable for standard side-sleeping, and use in such a manner is at the user's discretion.

  • Medical Disclaimer: Our products are intended for comfort, intimacy enhancement, and ergonomic support only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any chronic medical conditions.

  • International Logistics: To maintain competitive pricing, products are dispatched directly from our global manufacturing partners. Packaging may include international transit and customs labels required for global export.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS Sophia Amora reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or import charges unless expressly stated at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & VACUUM RECOVERY 

  • Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is paramount. All orders are shipped in 100% plain, unbranded packaging.

  • Unboxing Recovery: To ensure absolute hygiene, our memory foam products are vacuum-compressed. Please allow approximately 3 to 24 hours for the pillow to fully restore its intended shape and firmness after opening.

SECTION 6 - REFUND & HYGIENE POLICY : Due to the intimate and personal nature of the product, and to strictly comply with global health and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

  • Hygiene Exclusion: Returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited once the vacuum-sealed packaging has been breached.

  • Defects: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You must contact us at support@sophiaamora.shop within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement.
